Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Hot Shot Command account and associated app data from within the app. Open the app, go to your account settings, and choose the account deletion option.

You can also request deletion by emailing support@hotshotcommand.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

What Is Deleted

When your deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize account information associated with your Hot Shot Command account, including your name, email address, and app data associated with the account.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, platform compliance, or accounting purposes. Purchase, subscription, receipt, and transaction records may also remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other service providers according to their retention practices and legal obligations.

Deletion Timing

We delete or anonymize associated account information within 30 days after verifying your request. Residual copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days before they are deleted through normal backup rotation.
